Interview Process
You’ll meet with our CEO to get to know a little bit about who she is, why she started the company, and what the short and long term vision of the company is. Then you’ll meet with a technical advisor to go through a technical interview. You’ll also meet with the tech and product team where you’ll get to see what we’ve built so far and get to know your potential teammates.
We will ask you about your work dev experience and talk about React, ask you to build a page in React, and just talk through how you’re handling state and a chance to show off some of those front-end skills!
No DS and Algos! Not going to waste your time as they aren't needed for this role. If you are a wizard at reversing a linked list that’s great, we just need beautiful React components that render quickly and don't overload the database with API calls :)
Some candidates may see the list above and feel discouraged because they don't match all the items. Please apply anyway: there's a good chance you also have important skills we’ve missed! We are committed to diversity and building an equitable and inclusive environment for people of all backgrounds and experiences, and we're taking steps to meet that commitment. We especially encourage members of traditionally underrepresented communities to apply, including women, underrepresented people of color, LGBTQ+ people, veterans, and people with disabilities.
