An AI Solutions Engineer is a hybrid role that bridges the gap between engineering, business strategy, and AI innovation. This person is both a builder and strategist, capable of designing, deploying, and scaling AI-driven systems that enhance productivity and unlock new growth opportunities across GTM, CX, and internal operations.The ideal candidate combines strong software and AI engineering expertise with a growth mindset, excellent project management and communication skills, and a passion for solving complex business problems through technology.
You’ll collaborate closely with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and CX teams to transform challenges into AI-powered solutions using Azure, AWS, Docker, LLM frameworks, AI Foundry, and Braintrust.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design and Deploy AI-Powered Solutions
Objective: Build, containerize, and deploy scalable AI applications, copilots, and automations that integrate with GTM systems.
Impact: Empower teams to work faster and smarter while maintaining high quality and consistency.
KPIs: Process time reduction, adoption rate, output accuracy.
2. Integrate and Orchestrate Data Flows Across Systems
Objective: Build reliable data pipelines connecting APIs, CRMs, and internal databases to optimize AI workflows.
Impact: Enable real-time insights and efficient data-driven decisions.
KPIs: Latency reduction, data integrity, uptime.
3. Operationalize LLMs and Custom AI Models
Objective: Train, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs or domain-specific AI models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) for use cases like sales enablement, CX copilots, or data enrichment.
Impact: Scale human output through AI augmentation.
KPIs: Time saved, automation rate, accuracy improvement.
4. Drive Innovation with a Growth Mindset
Objective: Experiment, prototype, and iterate on AI tools that challenge how work gets done.
Impact: Constantly evolve the company’s tech and business capabilities.
KPIs: New features shipped, team adoption, experimentation velocity.
5. Manage Projects and Collaborate Cross-Functionally
Objective: Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery.
Impact: Align AI initiatives with GTM and RevOps strategy for measurable outcomes.
KPIs: Delivery rate, stakeholder satisfaction, business impact metrics.
6. Ensure Reliability, Scalability, and Governance
Objective: Maintain compliance, security, and cost-efficiency across AI workflows.
Impact: Build sustainable, safe, and scalable AI infrastructure.
KPIs: Downtime incidents, cost efficiency, compliance adherence.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in Node.js or Python (TypeScript a plus).
Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
Experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Bedrock, Azure OpenAI).
API integration and orchestration across multiple systems.
Knowledge of AI Foundry, Braintrust, or similar orchestration tools is a plus.
Understanding of MLOps or data pipeline best practices preferred.
Business & Analytical Skills
Experience in RevOps, GTM, or growth-oriented environments.
Proven ability to convert business needs into functional AI or automation projects.
Analytical mindset focused on impact metrics and experimentation.
Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer lifecycle data.

Preferred Background
2+ years in software, data, or AI engineering roles.
Experience deploying AI copilots or automation tools in production environments.
Familiarity with GTM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, Chili Piper, etc.).
Startup or high-growth environment experience is a plus.
Success in this Role Looks Like

You’ve built scalable frameworks that accelerate future AI project delivery.
