In this role, you’ll harness the power of data to shape critical business decisions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a key role in our cutting-edge telemetry and disruption initiatives. 📣 What you’ll be doing

• Data Modeling and Analysis: design and implement scalable data models to support robust reporting and analytics. Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive decision-making.
• Dashboard and Report Development: create, maintain, and improve interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or Looker. Ensure stakeholders have access to critical metrics through intuitive data visualizations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: partner with teams across the organization, including Product, Sales, and Operations, to gather BI requirements and deliver tailored data solutions. Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring data needs are met.
• Data Quality and Integrity: implement data quality checks to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data. Work closely with data engineering teams to resolve data-related issues and maintain high data integrity.
• Self-Service Analytics Enablement: support BforeAI’s shift towards self-service analytics by developing standardized datasets and empowering teams to leverage BI tools independently. Provide training on BI tools and data interpretation.
• Support Telemetry and Disruption Initiatives: contribute to strategic projects, such as analyzing data from BforeAI’s disruption services, to measure the impact of blocking malicious activities and enhancing user protection.
• BI Process Automation: drive efficiency by automating repetitive reporting and analysis tasks, enabling the delivery of real-time insights and optimizing BI workflows.

💥 You’ll be a great fit if

• You have relevant experience in BI, data analysis, or a related field, ideally in the tech or cybersecurity sector.
• You are proficient with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or Looker.
• You possess strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.
• You have experience with data modeling tools (e.g., dbt, AWS Glue, FiveTran, Matillion, Alteryx, Jupyter Notebook, etc.).
• You have experience with database products (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Postgres, MongoDB, BigQuery, etc.)
• You have experience working with unstructured or semi-structured data (e.g., logs, text, etc.).
• You are familiar with Python or R for data analysis
• You have exposure with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure), especially in data storage and scalable analytics environments.
• You are able to translate raw data into clear, actionable insights, with proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization best practices.
• You are able to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• You have a proven track record of working in collaborative, cross-functional data teams while managing individual responsibilities.
