What’s cool about this job

The Alliance Manager will be responsible for developing and managing strategic alliances with GSIs and OEMs. This requires both strategic and tactical skills to grow and foster these partnerships. You will expand the current GSI and OEM relationships and create your own plans to develop, enable, and align these partnerships. You will be accountable for growing a pipeline of sourced opportunities with strategic partners.

📣 What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and own the business relationship with designated strategic GSI partner(s) and OEMs, and develop a joint strategy that has a long-term focus.
  • Develop a mutual partner business plan and success metrics that are aligned to BforeAI and the partner’s business.
  • Achieve partnership goals including sales quote and marketing activities.
  • Maintain KPI measures for partner performance, analyzing leading indicators of performance to propose corrective action where needed and engage with partners to adjust plans and strategy.
  • Own business development efforts and activities to drive and grow partner sourced revenue.
    • Engagement with Regional Alliance Managers (RAM) Leaders in all regions to develop sales engagement strategies and effective enablement through communication of capability and partnership opportunities.
    • Be the subject matter expert on solutions delivered through the partnership.
    • Foster relationships with key sales stakeholders and executives at partner organizations.
    • Ensure partners are trained and certified on BforeAI solutions.
    • Evangelize the GSI/OEM partnerships internally, including joint value proposition selling, amongst the global sales teams to ensure awareness and collaboration.
    • Work closely with BforeAI’s sales, marketing, and product teams to align partner strategies with company objectives.

    • Proven successful track record in a similar role of business development with GSIs and OEMS.
    • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
    • Ability to network multiple levels within a partner up to C-Level
    • Experience working with technically intricate integration partnerships within cybersecurity
    • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
    • Ability to create and deliver value propositions
    • Ability to identify and influence key decision makers
    • Ability to succeed in a quota driven sales environment
