Responsibilities:

• Respond to questions and guide users through their claims with empathy.
• Report errors and propose improvements based on user feedback.
• Collaborate in creating procedures and enhancing help articles.
• Track and follow up on claims/issues with providers and/or other departments.

Who you are:

• Empathy is one of your strengths; you can put yourself in someone else's shoes to understand their perspective.
• You're an excellent communicator, curious, and you love asking questions to deeply understand a problem.
• You speak English/Spanish, and you’re up-to-date with memes.
• You enjoy teamwork, suggesting solutions, and providing constructive feedback to improve ideas.
• You know how to analyze feedback, identify patterns, and generate product improvements accordingly.
• You have basic computer literacy and Google Suite knowledge.
• You’re an app user and have crypto knowledge.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the freelance world.
• Proficiency in English/Spanish.
• Knowledge of SQL and Notion.
• Customer service experience, preferably in finance and technology.
